How do we get documents to each other?

I prefer to send documents electronically. In some circumstances though, I can mail documents.

How do you calculate travel expenses?

If I need to travel to your location, I calculate gas mileage at the current government rate of .55¢ per mile by car. If traveling by plane, I charge the rate of round trip travel for one person in Premium Economy.  If an overnight stay is required, I expect you to provide safe, reasonable accommodations. I will pay for all food and entertainment expenses.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, certified check, money order, or PayPal. Ten percent of the payment is expected up front. The remainder of the balance is expected at time of delivery.

When will I get my product?

It depends on the length and type of service you request. Editing services can usually be returned in 48 hours for projects that are less than 25 pages. Writing services are influenced by the amount of background research required. When you send your proposal, I will send you a cost and time estimate to sign before I accept the assignment.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

My time is as valuable as yours. I will not accept an assignment that I do not believe I have the expertise or time available to complete. I will provide the best quality of writing or editing that is available, but I can not guarantee how that writing is perceived by your audience. I am happy to work with you on one free revision, but I can not return your fees for work completed.
